We are a local public accounting firm of about 15 employees that focus on small to midsize businesses and HNWIs. We provide Tax, Accounting, and Business Advisory services for out clients. We have a connected group that collaborates and creates an inviting family like feel in the office. We have the ability to work from home as much as your day allows. The only time you need to be in is for major meetings and to work with clients. We have limited busy season hours in the 50-55 hour range and outside of busy season we have Summer Fridays with 32 hour work weeks. We currently have 3 partners and can use another as 1 is looking to retire in the coming years.
For this role we are looking for an experienced tax manager to come in and help take over a book of business and focus mainly on the client work, tax planning, and review of returns. There will be little prep work needed.
What You Need for this Position
Required:
At least 4-7+ years of Public Accounting experience
Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
Review for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
Strong Prep and Review experience
Active CPA or EA
Nice to Have:
Strong experience working with Gift, Trust, and Estate Returns
Experience Signing off on Returns
Transaction and Business Advisory experience
Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000
