Mechanical Project Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team. We are a establish commercial mechanical contractor in Southern California that works on a variety of public and private projects. We are looking for an experienced and motivated engineer who is able to take on large-scale projects and manage them from cradle to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical projects such as HVAC systems.

We will provide health insurance for you and your dependents at no charge; if you elect to receive coverage. Currently, we have an Anthem HMO and a PPO option available. We will reimburse you for COBRA during the enrollment waiting period if you should experience a gap in coverage.
You will accrue and be entitled to two (2) week paid vacation for the first year of employment. For years two and beyond you will be entitled to three weeks paid vacation. Vacation does not carry over from year to year.
Our company's sick policy is currently to pay five (5) days per year with no carryover to subsequent years and no payout at termination of employment.
You will be paid for holidays, per our company holiday schedule; approximately (10) days
The company's 401K contribution is 3% of your base salary. There is no vesting and no waiting period for the 401K contribution.
There is a one year waiting period for the company's profit sharing plan. Due to plan requirements, you will begin your eligibility starting with the 2025 profit sharing contribution. This portion of the plan is discretionary and our goal is to contribute 7% of the eligible employee's base salary. The profit sharing component of the plan contains a five year vesting schedule; 20% per year.
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
