The Jr Partner/Senior Attorney -will assist in the legal representation of the firms clients by providing legal advice, appearing in court, and drafting legal documents. The primary focus of the position is to counsel clients on wage and hour laws as well as the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). The attorney will also be responsible for researching and preparing legal documents for hearings, court appearances, and trial.
