Based in Riverside, RI, we're a full service fire sprinkler and alarm contractor with a long history of success and currently we are looking for a Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
Service, replace, and install fire alarm systems
Program and repair fire alarm systems to NFPA standards
Inspect & program fire alarm systems
Identify code and non-conformance issues and prepare accurate service reports
Identify systems that are not in code compliance and repair them as needed
Travel to job sites, as per schedule
Collaborate and communicate with clients with strong customer service
Work on an on-call rotational schedule
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of fire alarm service, repair and troubleshooting experience
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
NFPA Code Knowledge
OSHA 10/30 Certification
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
Valid driver's license in good standing
Ability to work on-call, as needed
Active NICET Certification is a PLUS
Other Fire licenses may be required based on state or local regulations
