What You Will Be Doing
- High-End Custom Residential Projects in Ohio
- Report Directly to the Executive Team
- Manage Internal Teams - Field, Project Management, Precon, Sales, etc.
- Own Relationship With Clients & Partners
- Ensure Performance of Assigned Territory(Ohio)/Multiple Offices (Customer Satisfaction, Sales, P&L, etc.)
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Construction Experience - Required
- 3+ years of Project Manager/Superintendent Experience - Required
- Custom Residential Experience - Preferred
- Experience Managing Multiple Teams - Preferred
- College Degree - Preferred
- Valid Drivers License
