Job Title: Sr. Associate or Partner (Commercial Litigation)
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $150,000-$200,000 (Base) | $180,000-$300,00 (Total Comp)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead complex litigation matters across various practice areas including real estate, employment, business, and IP.
Prepare and present legal reports to clients.
Conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses, and court orders.
Handle arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparations.
Build your own book of business
