- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is in compliance with A2LA standards
- Supervise and schedule a team of technicians providing services to both public and private clients
- Review field data/lab testing for construction materials including soils, concrete, asphalt, and steel
- Troubleshoot construction problems and provide technical guidance and direction to field personnel
- Handle proposal writing, RFQs, and sign CMT reports
- Interface directly with clients and review reports while answering any questions or concerns
- 3+ years of experience in Construction Materials Testing and/or Geotechnical Engineering
- P.E. preferred (E.I.T. required)
- Bachelor's in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field
- Experience working with projects including soil, concrete, asphalt, and steel materials
- Familiarity with A2LA is a plus
